When the menu item Help>On-line Documentation>Keyboard Shortcuts is selected, the file keycuts.pdf is displayed. IWBNI at the beginning of the file keycuts.pdf, there were a list of links to the sections in the document so that one could quickly jump to the point in the file where the keyboard shortcuts for a particular menu or tool are located. There could be links such as:

File Menu
Edit Menu
View Menu
etc.
