Display Articulation and Expression Numbers in Status Bar

IWBNI the identification number of a given articulation or expression were displayed in the status bar when the handle of the articulation or expression is selected. Note: The identification number of an articulation (expression) is the number that is displayed in the ArticulationSelection (Expression Selection) dialog box.

To achieve automatic positioning of articulations, one may create a set of articulations of a given type where each member of the set is used for a particular situation. For example, for a symbol consisting of an accent (>) and tenuto (-) marking, one might create a separate articulation for each of the following cases: both symbols are within the staff, one symbol is within the staff and the other is outside of the staff, and both symbols are outside of the staff. This feature would be useful when proofreading a score to ensure that the correct articulation has been assigned in each case.

This could be implemented by displaying the following information in the status bar when the handle of a given articulation or expression is selected:

num: n

where n is the identification number of the articulation or expression.
