IWBNI it were possible to drag-enclose handles for all special tools. As it is now, handles may be drag-enclosed for all special tools except the following:

Broken Beam Tool
Stem Direction Tool
Double/Split Stem Tool
Reverse Stem Tool
Secondary Beam Break Tool

This feature would allow one to select multiple handles in one step and it would provide an alternative method to select a single handle. For some users, it is physically less stressful to select a given handle by drag-enclosing the handle than by clicking the handle.
