IWBNI there were an option to specify that smart shapes that are associated with the source measure of a given ossia measure should be displayed with the ossia measure. As it is now, smart shapes are not displayed with an ossia measure.

This could be implemented by adding a checkbox called Smart Shapes to the Items to Display section of the Ossia Measure Designer dialog box.
