IWBNI when extracting parts, it were possible to specify that the characteristics (i.e. font, size and position) of part name headers that are placed on the first page should be different those of part name headers that are placed on subsequent pages.

This could be implemented by replacing the Part Names section of the Page Options dialog box with the following controls:

Staff/Group Name Header 2:

    [ ] Create Header 2

    Page _____ Through _____
    H: _____ V: _____

With these controls, one could set the range of pages for Header 1 to Page 1 Through 1 and that of Header 2 to Page 2 Through blank to have Header 1 be used for page 1 and Header 2 to be used for all subsequent pages. The font, size and position of each header could be set independently.
