IWBNI it were possible to specify that the Music Spacing Options dialog box should be displayed when the menu item Apply Note Spacing, Apply Beat Spacing or Apply Time Signature Spacing is selected on the Music Spacing submenu of the MassEdit menu that is associated with the mass mover tool, or equivalently when 3 or 4 is pressed when the mass mover tool is selected. As it is now, this dialog box is not displayed in response to these events.

This feature would enable one to check that the correct spacing options have been specified prior to applying note, beat or time signature spacing.

This could be implemented by adding a checkbox option called Show Music Spacing Options When Spacing Music to the Music Spacing Options dialog box. When using this feature, the OK and Cancel buttons on the Music Spacing Options dialog box would be used to invoke or abort the spacing process, respectively.
