IWBNI it were possible to specify default settings for the Beam Extension Selection dialog box that is associated with the beam extension special tool. As it is now, by default only 8th is selected.

This could be implemented by adding a menu item called Default Beam Extension Selection to the SpecialTools menu. This item would display a new dialog box called Default Beam Extension Selection that could contain the same controls as the Beam Extension Selection dialog box.
