Some follow the standard that an accidental should only appear on the second note of a tied pair when the second note falls at the beginning of a new system or page. And, some prefer to parenthesize this accidental.

IWBNI there were a radio button option for Only Across Systems in the Accidentals on Tied Notes section of the Cautionary Accidental Options dialog box.
